Silone (SiC) Ltd. was established in 1996. In 1997, we successfully exported Chinese silicon carbide micro powder in batches. In 2000, we developed high quality silicon carbide micro powder. In 2002 we developed special-use high precision silicon carbide micro powder of monocrystal silicon and polycrystalline silicon. In 2004 we passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

Silone (SiC) mainly develops and produces all kinds of high purity and superfine micro powder. 95% of products are exported to Europe, USA, Japan and Korea. Our high quality silicon carbide was listed in 2003 torch plan by State Science & Technology Department. Silicon carbide superfine powder was listed in 2004 science & technology type medium and small type corporation innovation fund program by State Science & Technology Department. Silone (SiC) was granted capital at seven hundred thousand RMB Yuan in China. All indexes reach up to advanced level in the world.

Products are mainly used in such industries as computer chip, solar power generation, special engineering ceramics and high-class fire resistance material.
